If you read the fitness magazines, typically there are at least two or three articles touting the benefits of consuming nuts as part of your regular regimen. As with most discussions, there are two sides and each has a valid point. On the one hand they offer far more nutritional value than things like cupcakes, cookies, chips, and pretzels. Whole Foods Won’t Sell Chobani Greek Yogurt as of Early Next Year

I know a very large amount of individuals use the Chobani brand of greek yogurt as part of their daily nutritional regimen. How ‘Good Cholesterol’ Stops Inflammation

High cholesterol levels are seen as a cause of dangerous deposits in the bloodstream, which lead to hardening of the arteries (atherosclerosis). As a consequence, thrombosis, strokes, and heart attacks can develop, which are among the leading causes of death in Western society. Low-density lipoprotein (LDL) is commonly referred to as the "bad cholesterol," because it promotes atherosclerosis. Healthy Vs. Unhealthy Diet Costs About $1.50 More Per Day

The healthiest diets cost about $1.50 more per day than the least healthy diets, according to new research from Harvard School of Public Health (HSPH). The finding is based on the most comprehensive examination to date comparing prices of healthy foods and diet patterns vs. less healthy ones.
