The Xcellerated Difference
Xcellerated Speed Training was developed to ensure that the youth of today have an educated, periodized training protocol that provides the desired results of speed, strength, and agility. It is our belief that every individual, be it youth or adult, should have the opportunity to learn the skills to allow them to perform at an elite level regardless of income level.
Our staff is dedicated to providing the best results while maintaining affordability. We have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years with many success stories. Our goal is to educate parents, coaches, and athletes of all ages as to the proper training and nutritional protocols needed to be an elite athlete.
We offer individualized private sessions as well as team training for athletes, coaches, staff, etc. Our goal is to make the staff and coach’s job easier, so that they can focus on the game plan for the sport rather than the conditioning and nutrition. We work in conjunction with coaches, so everyone is satisfied with the overall results of the program.
Our motto is “Our Results Speak For Themselves“. A lot of individuals train athletes, we train professionals. Train like a professional with Xcellerated Speed Training.
