Imported from the Big Apple to Berks County, willPower & grace is a group exercise program created in 1999 by NYC fitness pro Stacey Lei Krauss. It is a high-energy, cardiovascular foot fitness-conditioning program that integrates the smartest and safest barefoot training methods. The program strengthens your feet while correcting imbalances in your ankles, knees and hips.
Taught by Xcellerated Speed Training’s own Shanon Gaul, Official Instructor of the willPower @ grace® Method, this unique workout is ideal for “morning moms”, sports athletes and teens!
Why Train Barefoot?
