I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all of your support throughout training. Your enthusiasm and knowledge enabled me to reach the short term goals you and I set together. Now, with the program you put together for me I am able to continue to strive and I am confident I will reach my long term goals.
I thought for sure I knew what a “healthy” diet was. Then I met you!! You educated me on what is “healthy” eating. Now I eat several meals a day and am able to maintain my desired weight. My energy level has skyrocketed! I feel GREAT!
For year, I focused on cardio training and while I was able to shed pounds I was extremely bored with my routine and stopped seeing results. You encouraged me to weight train., and put together a program designed specifically for my body type. I was hesitant of weight training. I thought I would “bulk up”. Thanks for reassuring me that with your program combined with nutrition I would see definition. This is what I had been trying to accomplish through cardio for quite a number of years. After several weeks of my trainer challenging me, and grueling mornings of pain I started to see results! Now I weight train consistently to maintain my lean physique.
