I overheard a woman at the gym the other day say she was going to get on the decline bench and work on her obliques. I was in the middle of a session, so I could not help her out, but that comment is commonly made about a variety of abdominal exercises. High Dose Statins linked to Acute Kidney Damage

People who take high doses of popular cholesterol-lowering drugs called statins may be more likely to develop kidney problems, a new study suggests. A recent article by Denise Mann covers how statins can cause more harm than good. Specifically, those participants who took higher doses of statins were 34 percent more likely to be hospitalized for acute kidney injury during the first 120 days of treatment, compared to their counterparts who were taking lower doses.
