As many of you already know, Xcellerated Speed Training has been in charge of WORLD electronics Corporate Wellness. This is a recent article written by the Associated Press. Cola is believed to have played a part in this New Zealand woman's death. WELLINGTON, New Zealand -- Experts say a New Zealand woman's 2-gallon-a-day Coca-Cola habit probably contributed to her death, a conclusion that led the soft-drink giant to note that even water can be deadly in excessive amounts. Natasha Harris, a 30-year-old, stay-at-home mother of eight from Invercargill, died of a heart attack in February 2010. The Aftermath of Easter – Are you ready to hop onto a scale?

Now that the Easter holiday is over, have you noticed an increase on the scale when you step on? In 2011, Americans consumed 7 billion pounds of Easter candy. There are almost 90 million chocolate easter bunnies produced each year.  A typical 5 oz. milk chocolate bunny contains approximately 170 calories, 99 calories are from fat, 63 calories from carbohydrates, and 8 calories from protein.  That is from one bunny and most people consume several at once.
