Regular exercise may counteract some of the brain-damaging effects of drinking alcohol, early results from a new study suggest. In the study, heavy drinking was linked with damage to the brain's white matter, but only among those who didn't exercise very much. Breakfast: Should I eat it and if so what should I consume?
Many Americans start their day off with just a cup of hot coffee and some sort of junk food that they picked up on the way to work. This could consist of a donuts, tastycakes, egg mcmuffins, hash browns, pack of crackers, or biscotti.
