As health care costs continue to rise and our nation becomes increasingly more unhealthy, employers will be changing some of the ways that they hire new personnel. How Exercise May Offset Some of Alcohol’s Damage?

  Regular exercise may counteract some of the brain-damaging effects of drinking alcohol, early results from a new study suggest. In the study, heavy drinking was linked with damage to the brain's white matter, but only among those who didn't exercise very much. We often spend countless hours at our jobs, some of us standing, some of us sitting for 7 to 10 hours per day. If you take the bare minimum of 7 hours of sitting per day and multiply it for the year, it equates to about 2, 520 hours that you are sitting in a day's time. Breakfast: Should I eat it and if so what should I consume?

Many Americans start their day off with just a cup of hot coffee and some sort of junk food that they picked up on the way to work. This could consist of a donuts, tastycakes, egg mcmuffins, hash browns, pack of crackers, or biscotti.
