High School Programs

We at Xcellerated Speed Training offer performance and nutritional seminars for coaches and athletic departments. Our seminars don’t just show the new and trendy drills or equipment. We educate coaches on training techniques that have been proven time and time again at the highest levels of competition. Teaching the most effective performance drills to your team(s) is a guaranteed way to be more successful.
The thing that sets Xcellerated Speed Training apart from the competition is that we offer nutritional programming in addition to speed and agility. Put bluntly, if an athlete does not have proper nutrition, he/she will not perform as well as possible. Nutritional seminars range from large group instruction on basic sports nutrition to customized meal plans. There are several sports where weight management is a key component: wrestling, swimming, track and field, gymnastics, cheerleading.
Many athletes and teams use weight management techniques that are not only un-safe, but also detrimental to performance. By following proper nutrition and conditioning, athletes can meet the demands of their sport(s) in a healthy way and also increase their performance.
