Kettlebell Clinic

Kettlebells are now at the forefront of the fitness industry because they finally provide an effective alternative to traditional gym equipment.
The purpose of this clinic is to demonstrate how implementing foundational kettlebell movements into your routine can take your performance and conditioning to the next level.
Whether you are looking to increase muscle, strength, or cardio, the movements stay the same. This is an introductory kettlebell clinic intended for intermediate and advanced lifters.
Cost and Sessions
Cost is $60 per person. There will be three sessions in three consecutive weeks, starting the week of Sunday, August 23. Two session times will be available, Tuesday at 6:30PM and Saturday at 10:30AM.
Topics
The Get-Up − The get-up is one of the most comprehensive movements you can perform. It combines total body strengthening, hip mobility, and shoulder stability.
The Swing – The swing serves as the basis for several more advanced exercises such as the snatch and the clean. It is also one of the ballistic movements that are used for endurance and fat loss.
Other Topics – Proper breathing, body alignment, and muscle tension techniques will also be covered in order to maximize results.
