
Because they provide an effective alternative to traditional gym equipment, kettlebells are at the forefront of the fitness industry. Our Kettlebell Training Clinic demonstrates how incorporating foundational kettlebell movements into a routine can take performance and conditioning to the next level. This clinic is intended for intermediate and advanced lifters.
Topics Include:
- The Get-Up: A comprehensive movement that combines total body strengthening, hip mobility and shoulder stability
- The Swing: A basis for several more advanced exercises such as the snatch and the clean. It is also one of the ballistic movements that are used for endurance and fat loss.

The Kettlebell Clinic consists of three sessions, held three consecutive weeks. There are two clinics to choose from: one beginning Tuesday, August 25 at 6:30 PM and one beginning on Saturday, August 29 at 10:30 AM.
