Strength training’s role in injury prevention:
Strength training corrects muscular imbalances, improves joint mobility, and increases muscular endurance. This will decrease your risk of injury, and allow you to make it through the season pain-free.
Program Information:
This is a 6-week program consisting of 12 one-hour personal sessions with the trainer. Our trainers are flexible and can work out wherever is most convenient for you. There is pre- and post-testing to provide measurable results. Sessions will focus on core stability, total body strengthening and injury prevention.
