Colonial Hills Summer Camp Program
Xcellerated Speed Training has partnered with Colonial Hills Fitness Center to provide speed and agility training for it’s summertime camp. This will be offered in addition to the normal summer camp that Colonial Hills provides for its members and non-members. Xcellerated Speed Training Golf Specific Training Program
This program was developed as a 6 week program which consists of golf specific training twice a week for an hour. The program can be for individuals or small group settings. It is very accomodating because it can be done at the golf course, at your house, or at the gym. The goal is to improve flexibility, balance, and develop strength in the muscles utilized during the sport of golf . This is a systematic approach to training which can be utilized prior to the start of golf season or during golf season. Golf has become a sport in which the biomechanics of the golf swing and sport-specific training have merged to create players that can play the game with relative ease.
