Reading Rage’s Aaron Wheeler receives MVP honors for the 2009 PDL season by Scoring 37 and Goal Scoring 17 Champion. Adam Gazda and Aaron Wheeler receieved All Conference Team honors as well.

Reading Express are crowned AIFA CHAMPIONS.

Reading Express take Wyoming in the Championship Game on Sunday evening. Xcellerated Speed Training is the breakfast of Champions for the Reading Express Football Team.

Cara Wirth of Wilson School District is playing well at her tournament in Philadelphia this weekend.

Cara has been winning both her singles and doubles matches this weekend by utilizing her Xceptional tennis skills and quickness.

Reading Express add another win to make their record 10-3 by beating the Erie Riverats.

Jeff Willis from the Xcellerated Speed Training got 1,000 yards for the season. Matt Sola another Xspeed participant blocked a crucial field goal to help the Express to victory.
