Tony Sabanos – Trainer, CPT, SPN
Tony Sabanos is Certified by the International Sports Sciences Assocation as a Certified Personal Trainer and Specialist in Performance Nutrition. Tony graduated from Reading High School and has a Bachelor of Science in Business from Penn State.
Tony has participated in both basketball and swimming throughout his athletic career. He has been in the fitness industry since the year 2000 and is the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Reading Express, the Reading Railers, The Reading Rage Soccer Organization, Wilson Boys/Girls Soccer Teams, Wilson Tennis, and Tulpehocken Baseball.
Tony has several athletes currently in various sports such as basketball, football, soccer, tennis, baseball, ice hockey and golf. His motto is “Results Speak for Themselves”.——————————————————————————————-—————————————————————————–
Shawn Stanislaw – Trainer, NSCA, CPT
Shawn is a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA-CPT). He graduated from Wilson High School where he was a three-sport athlete: football (DE), wrestling (wt. 215), track and field (shot put). He reached district level competition and was all-county in all three sports.
He continued on to Mount Union College where he majored in Exercise Science and was a member of two Division III national champion football teams. After finishing his football career he became the Strength Coach for both the MUC Football and Softball teams making sure they were capable of playing at the highest possible level. Shawn is also an accomplished powerlifter including 3 Gold medals at the 2007 North American Championships held in Guatemala.——-

Licensed Registered Dietitian who graduated from Marywood University in Scranton, PA., with a B.S.degree in Dietetics. She has 16 years experience in nutritional counseling working in both inpatient and outpatient care.
Carol has worked as the Chief Clinical Dietitian at St. Lukes Hospital and Pottsville Hospital, and as Clinical Dietitian at Gnaden Huetten Memorial Hospital and Easton Hospital. Experience at these facilities included directing and managing all administrative and clinical aspects of the hospital nutrition program as well as the Diabetes Education Program. She has also been in private practice for 10 years counseling clients in all areas of nutrition, ranging from weight loss and healthy eating, to disease specific diets.
Carol is excited to be joining the Xcellerated Speed Training team which will allow her to use her knowledge and experience to help others to eat right for optimal performance.

Cheryl McCue – Trainer, CPT
Cheryl McCue is Certified by the American Fitness Professionals Association with an advanced personal trainer certification. Cheryl graduated from Governor Mifflin High School and has a Bachelor of Science degree in exercise physiology from West Chester University.
Cheryl has participated in softball, tennis, volleyball and golf throughout her athletic career. For the past 21 years, she has held many different leadership positions in the fitness and wellness industry. Cheryl spent the last six years as the Fitness and Sports Director for the Manatee County YMCA, and was also a personal trainer for the Sarasota Family YMCA. She has led several group exercise initiatives and held the position of Wellness Director for HealthSouth Reading Rehab Hospital, along with extensive experience as an aquatic rehab therapist. She has recently relocated back to her home town of Berks County Pa with her family.
