My name is Karla Reppert. I’m writing this testimonial on behalf of Tony Sabanos. Tony was my personal trainer for four months. We trained twice a week for an hour. Many days I didn’t think I’d make it out of the gym alive! Somehow I always did!

Tony coordinated my workout regimen, counted my reps, changed my weights, spotted me when needed, and gave me his undivided attention and guidance each and every workout.

Tony encouraged me to push myself beyond my every limit. He taught me to expect more from my body by demanding more from my mind. It’s amazing how the mental and physical realms can produce results when the desire to achieve is there.

However, it’s not all about the workout. Nutrition is paramount. Tony taught me that making physical changes cannot happen without the synchronization of diet and exercise. He crafted an easy to follow food guide but the follow through was on me.

Tony not only talks the talk, but also walks the walk. It was motivating for me to see Tony drinking the Myoplex shakes. It made me realize physical aestheticism does not just happen, but rather attained through conscientious efforts. Tony facilitates this process utilizing his vast knowledge of nutrition and personal training.
