My name is Isaac and I’m going to tell you how Tony Sabanos has helped me turn my entire life around. Pretty much my whole life had been spent overweight, inactive, lazy, and all-around unhealthy. Last year I reached my low point. I was going through a divorce, felt inadequate as a person, and was tipping the scales at a whopping 294 pounds! I did not have a lot of things going for me, but I did have one thing: the desire to change the way things were.

So I joined a gym and went on that horrible Atkins diet. I was going regularly, but the results were slow to come and I quickly became discouraged. And then I ran into Tony. I talked to him about my situation and maybe I was just genetically predisposed to being “big-boned”. My best bet was to meet a girl that liked chubby guys. Tony didn’t want to hear that. His confidence to change my lifestyle was contagious and I hired him!

That day began my journey into the golden world of health and happiness. He told me that from the start that there would be some discomfort involved in the beginning.  He wasn’t going to put me on a fad diet or routine, he was going to change the way my body and mind functioned for good! And he was right, Tony will never lie. The first week was tough, but Tony was always there for advice to tweak my program. I would also call him when I needed extra support and instruction. He said hang in there, the second week will get better. And again, he was right. I started to feel better and the weight started to gradually come off.

I passed the level of energy and strength that I had when I first started with him! I was happy with that, because I wasn’t able to figure out how to do it on my own. One day around week 4, Tony and I were talking about my progress, and he said to stick with it and watch that would happen. Then my body really started to respond to Tony’s program. Soon I lost 5 more pounds, then 10, then 20, then 30, then 40 pounds! It just kept peeling off and now I proudly weigh in at 234 pounds and counting! For a guy that is 6′4″, that’s exactly where I want to be.

60 pounds and 5 months later(you do the math) I now have energy, motivation, love for life, more attention from women than I can handle, and the knowledge that I am living the way I am supposed to!

Tony tells it to you straight, and is always there for you. His vast knowledge covers diets, supplements, exercise, medications, and anything else you might be concerned about. One misconception I had was I thought that you needed to exercise as much as possible to lose weight.

Not true…..I learned from Tony that nutrition is the key and exercise simply supplements that foundation you build.

He wants to know how you are doing and encourages you to update him regularly. Tony cares more about his client than he does about his client’s money. I have told many of my friends about Tony, and whenever someone else asks me how I did it I point them to Tony right away.

This testimonial is the least I could do for Tony……..my life and my mindset have literally evolved and I have so much desire and incentive to continue living the way I am. I love eating correctly and exercising to maintain my mind and body. And this coming from a guy that used to live at the all you can eat buffets and Wing eating competitions! While I do enjoy the occasional impulse, I am never going back. Thanks a millions, Tony.
