In 2008, the Wilson Bulldog’s Girls Soccer Team went 23-5 to become Berks County Champions. They went on to become not only Berks County Champions, but Berks Division 1 Champions, District III Semi-Finalist, and PIAA State Semi-Finalist.

At 115lbs. I didn’t necessarily need to lose any weight. I did however, need to start eating healthier. I have a fundamental understanding of nutrition and would consider myself a healthy eater for the most part. I avoided fried food, ate lots of fruit and vegetables, and was able to stay away from most things considered junk. But I still needed help.

I have been a member of a gym for the past two years. I recently discovered that just being a member doesn’t get results. I decided to give it one last try this past March when I was introduced to my personal trainer. After a short conversation, his sincerity convinced me to sign up for twelve sessions.
I must say I was totally embarrassed by my performance when my trainer gave me my intitial Microfit. I started to wonder if it was possible to make any kind of improvement, but after three or four sessions I started to see and feel the changes. I play one-on-one basketball with my 16 year old son once or twice a week. As I approached 40 my old workouts and diet seemed to continually become less effective. I was spending way to long in the gym without seeing the results that I used to, which became very discouraging. I had heard about Tony from several friends and started training with him in September.
It took only two weeks after starting the personally designed nutrition and workout program to see results. The combination diet a nd fitness program increased my energy level tremendously while reducing my bodyfat from a liftime high of 33% to 16.9%. Pretty much my whole life had been spent overweight, inactive, lazy, and all-around unhealthy. Last year I reached my low point. I was going through a divorce, felt inadequate as a person, and was tipping the scales at a whopping 294 pounds! I did not have a lot of things going for me, but I did have one thing: the desire to change the way things were.
So I joined a gym and went on that horrible Atkins diet. I was going regularly, but the results were slow to come and I quickly became discouraged. And then I ran into Tony.
